Description
Kurogiri is a B-ranked villain in the MHA franchise. His name translates to “Black Fog” and as his name would imply, his entire body is made out of a dark ourole mist except for his eyes, they glow yellow. He is also programmed in a way that he can only answer the commands of a select few.
